Researching Sebastian Salgado

Sebastian Salgado started out as an Economist, I started out as a computer nerd. We have something in common, we both turned to photography, albeit he started at a much younger age.  The other big difference is the power of his images.

Both of these are so striking and dramatic that they effect the public domain. The one with the boy helped raise awareness of the plight of the starving.

And I thought that my photo of Cornwall park with the use of light was good, but look at these such brilliant portrayals of what light can do.

 The eyes have it.

And yes another one with that beautiful light.

And of course to finish what more could a budding photographer want, an M7. James would love this.
